If you have a taste for adventure you know that South Africa offers everything adrenaline junkies crave. Diving with great white sharks, swinging from tree to tree during the canopy tour, jumping the highest bungee jump in the world, taking surf lessons from professionals, and of course going on safari’s. If you are an adventure traveler and football lover this is the trip for you!

First World Cup on African Soil

For the first time in history the World Cup will be taking place on African soil. It promises to be an historic event and one hell of a party.

For four weeks in 2010, South Africa will be the centre of the world. The 2002 World Cup in Korea and Japan was the most extensively covered and viewed event in television history. South Africa 2010 promises to draw even bigger audiences.

Limited number of Places Available

In association with Xtreme Gap we have a limited number of places available on a customized overland football tour of South Africa for the full duration of the World Cup Tournament.

During the Xtreme Gap South African World Cup tour you will travel in an over land truck. The truck is especially designed for rugged terrain. The tough and simple construction of the vehicle makes it ideal for the South African Roads. The truck is fully lockable and there’s a safe for your money and documents.

During the South African World Cup Tour the accommodation will be in resorts, hostels and camp sites. All accommodation is included in the price. The camp sites  are in game parks/nature reserves and have wildlife roaming around. In the cities we stay in hostels. During our time in the Kruger Park we will say in a great resort called Hippo Pools.

Food – Most Meals are Included

During the South African World Cup tour most meals are included (see itinerary). When camping all food is included and will be prepared by our cook. We will have many braai’s (South African barbecues) and during our stays in cities you can eat out in a restaurant of your fancy. There is always fruit and water available on the truck.
